Mit diesem Rezept habe ich den f\u00fcr mich leckersten Pizzateig hingekriegt. Das Rezept des Teiges kommt von der wunderbaren Vea Carpi, die ich in Pisa kennenlernte und die ein bezauberndes Backbuch ver\u00f6ffentlicht hat.
