Ich nahm an Stelle von Quark den vorhandenen Joghurt und reduzierte die Wassermenge. Au\u00dferdem gebe ich immer noch gern einen Teel\u00f6ffel Backmalz zu. Das Brot ist einfach perfekt geworden! Es entstand eine unglaublich saftige Krume mit ausgezeichnetem Aroma und einer knusprigen Kruste.<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div id=\"wprm-recipe-container-2598\"
