F\u00fcr eine lange Teigf\u00fchrung war daher nicht wirklich Zeit und ich entschied mich f\u00fcr mehr Hefe. Ich habe eine Mischung aus Hartweizen- und Champagnerroggenmehl genommen und Sonnenblumenkerne untergemischt. W\u00e4hrend des Gehens habe ich immer wieder nach dem Teig geschaut, da ich mit den 5 Gramm Hefe nicht so recht wusste, wie lang die Gehzeit sein wird. Das Brot ist super lecker und weich geworden mit einer knusprigen Kruste.<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div id=\"wprm-recipe-container-2564\" class=\"wprm-recipe-container\"
