Manchmal weiche ich sie noch ein, damit sie vom Teig nicht zu viel Feuchtigkeit nehmen, der im Teig bleiben soll. Bei diesem Brot jedoch nicht, hatte aber noch mehr Wasser als im Rezept angegeben dazugegeben, bis die gew\u00fcnschte weiche Konsistenz erreicht war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kamut und die ger\u00f6steten Kerne passen f\u00fcr mich super zusammen und der Champagnerroggen bringt noch einen herzhaften Geschmack mit rein.
