Da ich noch viel Lievito Madre vom Wochenende \u00fcbrig hatte, habe ich alles mit zugegeben. Zus\u00e4tzlich habe ich soviel Weizenvollkorn w\u00e4hrend des Knetens hinzu gegeben, bis es ein guter Teig wurde.
